Policies

Production Time:

Currently, our production time is 4-5 weeks. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Custom orders may take an additional 1-2 weeks. We will discuss turn around time during the design phase. 

Shipping: 

Blackwater Farms Woodworking and Design offers free ground shipping through UPS on all regular orders. Large orders that may require freight shipping will be addressed in the quote and discussed with the client prior to purchase. 

Returns and Exchanges: 

We do not generally accept returns or exchanges of our corbels. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will address the problem on a case by case basis. We want you to be happy with your purchase! 

Custom Orders: 

We love creating custom corbels for our clients! Some customers need specific dimensions while others have a design in mind and we bring it to life! Contact us to discuss your needs. We can pretty much build any size you’d like! Custom dimensions start at $225/pair. Custom designs start at $250/pair.
